PAYMENT

Product prices in Australian Dollars.

SEN accepts payments through Credit Card (Via Stripe)

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our shop and its service providers.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

SEN does its utmost to ensure orders are dispatched within two to three working days after receipt of an order but does not guarantee it if there are circumstances beyond their control.

Complimentary Standard Shipping w/ Tracking (2-5 business days)
Express Shipping w/ Tracking (1-2 business days) - Flat Rate 12AUD
Complimentary Express Shipping on orders over 100AUD

INTERNATIONAL -
International shipping usually takes 3-10 business days for Standard shipping and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout depending on your location and order size.

You may be subjected to import duties and taxes that are levied once the merchandise reaches your country which are payable by you. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

At SEN we take great care in packing our products so they reach you in perfect condition. If accidents occur during shipping, we will exchange these faulty/damaged products. Simply email us within 2 days to arrange for an exchange. Original receipt and a written note advising us of the fault/damage must be accompanied with all returns. Upon receipt of the products we will send you a replacement.

We take pride in our product, although in the event that the customer deems a product unsatisfactory, it can be returned for a full refund (minus postage and handling costs). We require a return form attached stating why the product is being returned, along with the receipt, mailed to P.0 Box 10, Prahran, VIC 3181 Australia.
