Hops (Humulus lupulus)
Hops is a bitter tonic that may improve digestion. It is an oestrogenic herb and also works on the central nervous system as a sedative and a hypnotic. It aids in anxiety, insomnia, restlessness, nervous dyspepsia and menopause.
Avoid in cases of depression, in use of sedative medication, and in patients with oestrogen dependant cancers
Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora)
Lemon myrtle is a strong antioxidant, can be used for immune health to and is high in calcium, zinc and magnesium.
Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata)
